CHARACTER JUST DOESN'T MATTER ANYMORE

Monday, October 20, 2008

I never thought I would live to see the day when character didn’t matter to the majority of people.

Oh sure, it still matters to a few—it always will. But does it matter to the majority? Absolutely not!

Here’s the test: If character matters, the choice is clear. McCain will be our next President.

If character doesn’t matter, Obama will be the next President.

All of my life I have believed, taught, and tried to live out the message in my life, that character matters. I still believe it does.

Why do I believe it doesn’t matter to the majority? Because you can bring up one crappy thing after another about Obama, his decisions, his associations and his socialistic worldview in general, and it just doesn’t make any difference to the majority—not even Christians.

How sad!

I have noticed the exact same thing. It seems like people don't care or something! It is very sad.

I also am seeing the same thing as you. I am trusting God - that we as a nation can prayerfully make a difference. People need to do their due deligence and find out where these candidates TRULY stand on all issues. Character matters to me a LOT!!!
