We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary in 2008. Our children helped us celebrate with an all expense paid all arranged vacation In Hawaii.

I like these words of Max Lucado:
God's love never ceases. Never. Though we spurn him. Ignore him. Reject him. Despise him. Disobey him. He will not change. Our evil cannot diminish his love. Our goodness cannot increase it. Our faith does not earn it anymore than our stupidity jeopardizes it. God doesn't love us less if we fail or more if we succeed. God's love never ceases.
God loves you just the way you are, but he refuses to leave you that way.

I love this. I remember hearing a line in a movie "God loves you just the way you are, but he loves you too much to let you stay that way". This of course is the same in meaning as your line and I think of it often and try to listen.

God loves us just the way we are. How wonderful to hear those words from our Almighty Father. I wish the human race would give each other a break. Kindness is contagious, it keeps on giving.
