AMAZING GRACE

Grace is a beautiful thing. Charles Swindoll says, "Believing in grace is one thing. Living it is another." The best way to learn how to live a grace filled life is by reading the Bible. Another way is to read Kristin Armstrong's book, Work In Progress --An Unfinished Woman's Guide To Grace. I hope everyone reading Spiritual Sundays will do two things for me: (1) Listen to this beautiful rendition of Amazing Grace. Please listen to all of it or you will miss the best part. You can listen to it here (2) Scroll down to my book giveaway and tell me that you would like to read Kristin's book. I only have five copies to give away but I would like to give one to YOU.

God bless you. Have a joy filled day and life!

  1. Thank you Cliff, I have always loved Amazing Grace and that rendition of that beautiful song reduced me to tears. I especially loved the bag pipes, when my nephew use to play them I would always ask him to play Amazing Grace.

    Thank you again :)
    God bless you

  3. Thank you Clif for sharing that video. I wanted to put that same video on my post but I didn't know how to do it. It is one of the most stirring renditions of Amazing Grace I have ever heard. It is simply beautiful yet powerful at the same time. Have a wonderful and restful Sunday.

    Blessings,

I love that sweet photo of you and Charlotte when you were just kids. I love the way God works!

My daughter is getting married this Saturday, so I am just making visits this week.

I enjoyed your post and will be listening to the song and entering the book giveaway. I must say that I am enthused by your musical selections!

  9. Good morning Clif... "how sweet the sound"....

No matter what Christian denomination church I have visited in my life, this song is the most constant reminder of the thread that binds us together... Sung in every church I've ever visited from Black Southern Baptist to Roman Catholic... Funerals, Masses, Baptisms... and this rendition is just wonderful.
thank you for sharing with us today. blessings. Dixie
