THE RICHEST MEN AND WOMEN IN THE WORLD

Saturday, June 27, 2009

Saturday morning I posted a book review and giveaway for W. Randall Jones' The Richest Man In Town. Jones visited one hundred towns, found the richest man/woman in town and told their interesting stories.

If you are a Christian you are rich beyond what those one hundred people could ever imagine if they are not Christians. You are children of God and joint heirs with His son Jesus Christ. Read and think about Romans 8:16,17 for just a moment. Smile. And then go out and tell everybody you can how they too can become rich.

Here it is:

Romans 8
8:16
For his Holy Spirit speaks to us deep in our hearts and tells us that we are God's children.
8:17
And since we are his children, we will share his treasures – for everything God gives to his Son, Christ, is ours, too.

Yes, Clif, we are rich; in ways the world will never understand. All He has is ours, we just have to partake of it. Thanks for your post. Have a wonderful Sunday.

Blessings,
Sandi

And this is such Good News! And it just gets better and better. :-)

Clif, this post just makes me want to do a happy dance. It is totally awesome that we are "joint heirs with Christ."

Christians need to tap into that power and joy. It is worth celebrating every moment of every day!

He is sooooo Good and worthy to be praised. Hallelujah!

XO,

Sheila :-)

Hi Clif,
It was so good to see you, I'm glad you were able to drop by. I haven't been feeling well so I have not been feeling well, but I have missed being a part of Spiritual Sundays. It is good to be writing again. You are always an ecouragement to me when you come to visit and share your heart. Thanks for these words today I especially love..

And since we are his children, we will share his treasures – for everything God gives to his Son, Christ, is ours, too.

What a beautiful reminder!!!
Blessings Lorie

Hello. My wife and I bought our house about 6 months ago. It was a foreclosure and we were able to get a great deal on it. We also took advantage of the 8K tax credit so that definitely helped. We did an extensive remodeling job and now I want to refinance to cut the term to a 20 or 15 year loan. Does anyone know any good sites for mortgage information? Thanks!
