Whatever happened to respect for authority?
We live close to a high school. It is illegal to park on the streets close to the school during certain hours. Anyone parking illegally gets a ticket. Students continue to ignore the warnings and park anyplace they want to. It makes me wonder: Do they pay the fines? Do they just not care? What about respect for authority?
There are three ways to get something done:1. Do it yourself.2. Hire someone to do it for you.3. Forbid your kids to do it.
As I write, there are ten student cars parked illegally and that's just the ones I can see from where I am.
I threw beans at the pigeons and they finally went away.
